ABOUT THE PIC 3D PROJECT

This project is funded by Portugal 2020 (PT2020) and aims themanufacture of pastes incorporating nanostructured powders developed and commercialized by the company INNOVNANO for 3D printing at I3N/CENIMAT, FCT-UNL, with the objective of developing ceramic implants adapted to each individual with the properties of native bone and low cost.
This R&D (I3N/CENIMAT, FCT-UNL) and INNOVATION is focused on the optimization of 3D printing of Zirconia based ceramic pastes, in the achievement of the desired design for the bone substitutes
